Prosperity and success in every area of your life comes about when you hear the Word of God and do it. Doing the Word of God, means living in faith, hope and love, walking in faith, hope and love and staying in faith, hope and love. Joshua was commanded to meditate upon the Law of Moses day and night and to obey all that the Law said. When he did this, God so highly magnified and exalted him all his days. Hebrews 11:6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Romans 10:17 says, “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” Just reading the Word of God and not applying it in your life is like looking into a mirror and you see that there is something not right in the way you are appearing but you do not do anything to rectify that. The Word of God in the Bible is actually the believer’s mirror which when you study it, you will discover where you are living contrary to God’s divine purpose for you. In the Bible you will also find answers to the problems you may be facing. Matthew 11:28 says, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and l will give you rest.” The Word of God tells you how you can call upon the name of the LORD Jesus Christ to receive your healing, your deliverance or your blessing. The Word of God is full of God’s promises for you. However, for these promises to come to pass, you must always declare what the LORD has said about you in faith. Blessings from God will not just come without you declaring God’s promises upon yourself. It is your responsibility to ask, knock and seek in the light of the Word of God. When you obey God’s Word, the LORD will confirm all that you are going to declare and the glory of the LORD will be manifested in your life. Alleluia!

Prayer

Thank You Father for Your Word which is full of promises for me. Help me to play my part by declaring these promises in faith so that Your glory may be manifested in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
